Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to read the below Terms and Conditions carefully before booking.
The terms apply to conference tickets and social event tickets booked via the registration site.

From 2 September 2024 a Late Booking Price will be in place.
No cash payment is accepted (except if payment by bank transfer is not possible).
Full payment for your booking must be received prior to the event.
All rates shown include VAT.

Cancellations must be received in writing to  epcos2024@iom-leipzig.de

• Received on or before 18 August 2024: Full Refund (minus 50,00€ administration charge)
• Received on or after 1 September 2024: 50% Refund (minus 50,00€ administration charge)
• Received on or after 2 September 2024: No refund.
